Our Story and Expertise
We started in 2011 with a straightforward mission: bring honest, skilled asphalt work to Davenport. Over more than a decade, we've paved driveways, patched potholes, resurfaced worn parking lots, and built private roads. We've learned what holds up in our climate, what shortcuts to avoid, and how to communicate clearly with homeowners and property managers about what their pavement actually needs.
Today we handle residential driveways, parking lot construction and repair, pothole and full-depth patching, milling and removal, recycled millings, tar and chip, gravel drives, and HOA and private road work. We provide written estimates with tonnage specs so you know exactly what you're getting. We're not the biggest operation in the region, but that's intentional. Smaller crews mean we stay hands-on and accountable.
